The location was nice and great, so close to Barbican House. There were a work desk, flat-screen television, and a lounge area in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that.

The staff was friendly and always eager to assist us with our needs. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a good Wi-Fi connection. It was also great to have a complimentary breakfast every morning, which kept us energized throughout our business meetings.

The guest house lacked basic amenities in the room such as clothes hangers, toiletries, and fresh towels. We had to ask the staff several times for new towels.
